All participants in a Co-motion session have the ability to print their own Official Co-motion Report. The reports serve as tools to organize and prioritize all of the ideas created during a session.
There are three report types, the Selection report, the Catalog report, and the Picture report. The Selection report prints a report organized by idea category and poll results. The Catalog report prints an alphabetical listing of all or some of the ideas and poll results, and optionally includes notes. The Picture report prints a picture of the Session window.

Selection report options
The Sort By option provides you with two different ways of organizing your group’s results: by their averages or standard deviations.
Average: Indicates on a scale between one and one hundred, where the group rated an idea.
Deviation: Indicates the degree of disparity in the group’s response. The lower the standard deviation, the higher the level of agreement.
The Sort Direction option allows you to sort the ideas from highest to lowest or lowest to highest. In the case of averages, the highest averages demonstrate a positive level of support.
In the case of standard deviations, the lowest results indicate a higher level of consensus.
The Idea Type options allow you to refine your information needs by including runners, targets, and/or shovels in your report.
